Travel With Chaz currently serves youth ages 8–16 in the New York City Area

We're looking for families who are ready to participate in a positive, supportive community.

Your child should:

Be between 8 and 16 years old
Be passing their classes or willing to accept support when needed
Be willing to participate respectfully and safely
Be willing to interact positively with other youth and adults
Be open to new experiences, activities, and opportunities

Travel With Chaz currently asks parents to participate in quarterly meetings so families and the team can stay connected about progress and future plans.

Who can join Travel with Chaz?

Our youth programs serve children ages 8–16 in the New York City metro area. Individual trips and activities may have additional age or participation requirements.

How do I sign up my child?

Start by completing the initial sign up form above. Our team will follow up with next steps, including any required enrollment forms and participation agreements.

Can I sign up more than one child?

Yes! Please provide the requested information for each child so we can keep their details and participation forms accurate.

Who should complete the sign-up forms?

A parent or legal guardian with authority to give permission for the child’s participation should complete the forms and sign the required agreements.

Does signing up reserve a spot on a trip?

No. Signing up begins the enrollment process. Each event has its own registration instructions, and your child’s spot is confirmed separately.

What kinds of experiences do you offer?

Our experiences include cultural outings, museum visits, college tours, sporting events, and educational and recreational activities. Visit our events calendar to see what’s coming up.

How will I receive trip details?

We’ll share instructions about meeting locations, schedules, what to bring, and other important details before the event, by either email, online, text and phone. Please keep your contact information current.

What if my child has allergies or needs extra support?

Tell us about any allergies, dietary restrictions, accessibility needs, or other support needs during enrollment. Contact our team before booking so we can discuss whether the specific activity can accommodate your child.

Can parents or guardians attend?

Parents and Guardians are generally encouraged to participate. However, attendance options vary by event. Check the event details or contact our team before reserving an additional spot.

What if my child can no longer attend an event?

Please cancel as soon as possible to open the spot for someone else. Review the event’s cancellation and refund terms before booking, as they may vary.
